Diversified Medical Services, LLC (DMS) is a South Carolina business locally owned and operated, that specializes in the collection, treatment and disposal of infectious medical waste. Our goal is to help keep our customers in full compliance with all state and federal regulations. Our state-of-the-art facility is located in the Lexington County Industrial Park in West Columbia. It features two large Bond Tech autoclave systems that use the most environmentally friendly method of treating medical waste.
How We’re Different
DMS is the only DHEC permitted treatment facility in the state of South Carolina. We worked very closely with the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control during the permitting process to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed all state and federal guidelines pertaining to the collection, treatment and disposal of infectious medical waste.
Our Mission
The mission of DMS is to provide professional, personalized services to our customers that always meets and/or exceeds the federal and state regulations pertaining to the collection, treatment and disposal of medical waste. Our goal is to provide this service in the safest and most cost effective manner in the industry. DMS personnel are trained to assist our customers in the proper documentation of their medical waste to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
